I’m a fan of any #smoked food, and this wasn’t lacking that intense base. But the texture was easily breakable, and even if in my case it wasn’t a disaster because I had it in my #pasta #sauce , I just want to bring it up, it would be difficult to serve as whole slices in a plate.
