I had not tried soy granular until today, and it was a surprise to me.
I was afraid it would have a raw bean aftertaste and that I wouldn't like it (I don't like soy milk for this reason) instead it has a neutral flavor and gives the ragù sauce a great texture.
I will definitely buy it again.
