I liked the dish, it’s enough spicy and tasty.
Fried “shrimps” are made with rolled tofu skin, crispy outside and tender and juicy inside. Minced pork is Omnipork fake meat. Eggplants, asparagus and cherry tomatoes complete the dish.
Portion is quite large (at least for me).
