The restaurant is run by a local Cultural Association. You can choice between a 3 or 5 courses menu which change according to the chef’s inspiration. You can anyway choose between a good selection of desserts.
This dish was very interesting and original.
These are gnocchi with a vegetarian ragout.
Gnocchi are very traditional in Italy and made out of potatoes and wheat flour. This version was made with millet. I really liked them very much.
