I made sushi with this rice once and it turned out very well for a first attempt. I'm not an expert at sushi making (only eating lol) and I'm not familiar with the "grades", so I can't say for certain how good this product is. The packaging states that it is premium grade.
I used this recently to make Rainbow Plant Life's Creamy Coconut Rice with Five Spice Tofu recipe and it turned out amazing!! Arborio rice is preferred, but the recipe mentioned that sushi rice could be used in a pinch.
I purchased this at PAT Supermarket.

Ahah an expert at eating it ahah love it! Me too! This is the sushi rice I only buy! It is cheap and tasty!
