Whole-food plant-based meatballs (no processed mock meat!) made with tofu, mushrooms, crushed walnuts, onion, celery, thyme, rosemary. 🍄🍢 Nice taste but they leaned towards a soft / tender / mashed texture (thankfully not falling apart though); personally would have liked them to be slightly firmer and perhaps with a crisp exterior! Dressed in housemade curried pumpkin gravy which was delectable and quite spicy. 🎃🍛 Good for gatherings!
