This consisted of intensely flavorful savory, sweet, and spicy Gochajang sesame glazed fried 🌱-based 🐥, vegan dill mayo, kimchi, and sweet and tangy bread and butter pickles on a bun. Served with fries. It was incredibly delicious. It’s a special for Veganizer PDX’s World Vegan Month celebration and a portion of sales will benefit Oregon Humane Society.
