These wonton wrappers hold up well and are quite versatile. I wish they made a gf vegan version but these are good. I make vegan crabless rangoons with these, vegan cream cheese and heart of palm (with capers, chives and a bit of old bay seasoning) and they are always delicious! I’ve also made raviolis with these and will try to make wontons next.
