Review of No Kid Left Hungry Bowl at Tiny Moreso by pdxveg

This consisted of mac and cheese made with quinoa rice pasta and rich and creamy house-made cashew-based butternut squash cheese sauce, loaded with BBQ soy curls, peas, and sweet potatoes, a cheesy crumble topping, and served with a delicious small soft and chewy chocolate chip cookie. The mix of creamy, meaty, savory, and sweet was delicious, comforting, and satisfying. It’s a special for Veganizer PDX’s World Vegan Month celebration and for every bowl, they will be donating $3 to Portland Backpack, a nonprofit that provides snacks and weekend lunches to kids at risk for hunger.
