Always a fan of QQ glass noodles soaking up the gravy! Cooked with black fungus, mushrooms, cabbage, carrot, and fried tofu. 🍄 Not sure if tofu is usually the default - the small picture in the menu looked like there was egg, so I emphasised that I don't consume egg and requested to replace egg (if any) with tofu.
