Review of West Indian Tofu and Coconut Curry at Olivia's Cafe by trentmorton
I found the flavor sweet and not too spicy, more toward the mild side, with the coconut noticeable—which I found to be a plus. Upon first glance, I thought the tofu volume was on the lighter side, but once I dig in, I noticed that the tofu was present in a significant volume, but just spread around, underneath other ingredients. I find this entree one of Walt Disney World’s plant-based gems. Olivia’s Cafe seems to me to fly under the radar, so I hope more people visit Olivia’s and try this dish!
