A delicious cross between a patty melt and a grilled cheese, this has a hybrid 🐮-free patty made with Impossible Foods and Beyond Meat between two slices of melty 🐮🥛-free cheddar, topped with their brand new rich, creamy and tangy 2K sauce, all on buttery toasted sourdough. The mix of meaty, cheesy, and creamy convincingly shows that being vegan is not about deprivation. It’s a special for Veganizer PDX’s World Vegan Month celebration and a portion of the sales will benefit The Raven Corps, a community of total liberation youth activists that with their "Operation: Mind Over Milk" campaign is working to increase access to climate, student, and animal-friendly plant milk in over 100,000 US schools.
