This dish was pretty incredible. I was particularly impressed by the vegan shrimp. It was fried to perfection. I got the dish with garlic rice which was so flavorful. I kind of wish the shrimp had a sauce, but the garlic rice balanced it out well.
I brought the leftovers to work and my coworkers commented on how delicious it smelled. I would 100% eat this again.
