This nigiri was a great flavor bomb to start a meal. It worked well as an amuse bouche since it's only a bite or two. The eggplant had a nice texture and flavor for sushi and the miso truffle sauce on top was incredible. Ours slipped a bit, so it didn't look the best, but it was still delicious! The rice held together well which helped with eating it. I wish there were more than just two pieces for $6.25! As the location suggests, this is going to be a more expensive restaurant.
