Although this doesn’t have any resemblance of taste and texture of bacon, it’s tasty in its own right, and a great alternative. They’re conveniently sliced into thin stripes, and taste really good fried and browned in a little oil on both sides, I’ve been enjoying this as a breakfast sandwich with Just Egg (2nd photo). It’s also a chockfull of nutrients…protein, fiber, iron, and potassium, just to name a few.
