i used this product to make vegan quiche. worked surprisingly well since the texture was closer to real quiche (before, i used chia seeds).
with 3,95€/400g it is not cheap but it has the demeter label which is like the best organic label you can get. therefore, the price is ok. can find it in organic supermarkets (🇩🇪 e. g. denn's, alnatura, superbiomarkt, reformhäuser)
