I purchased an item on 18TH september.< on the official site The tracking link on my email and the details on the account showed the order was "SENT" and NEVER modified this status.
How strange, I thought. Then sent them an email and they replied that the item had arrived at the post but was sent back because I did not take it.
I sent them proves of the fact that the status was not updated so I was not informed to go pick the item up! The screenshot was taken on 10/10/23
They promised a reimbursement of the item and not of the expedition fees I haven't received yet, of course.
TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL AND SCAM!!!
