A healthy portion of a mixed grilled #vegetable #salad . The vegetables included #aubergine , #sweetpeppers , #asparagus, #babymarrow and #mushrooms . There were fresh #tomatoes and #lettuce; and crispy #croutons . The salad wasn't overly seasoned, giving the option to add a dash of #balsamicvinegar .
Love these kind of salads and this one didn't disappoint. Refreshing and filling. It was on the pricey side for a salad, yet the portion was decent and the variety in the salad made it worth the expenditure.
The menu has a nice selection of different #veganoptions . Always happy to re-visit & support the efforts.
