Don’t for a moment think that I didn’t scrape all of that delicious cheeze off of the paper because I most certainly did!
Griddled Mushrooms, Caramelized Onions, Swiss & Mayo.
I went with the house-made, slow-ferment english muffin. (Can also be ordered with a split-top potato bun or #glutenfree millet & chia bun.)
Their ‘made from scratch’ burger patties are more ‘veggie burger’ in texture than a ‘faux meat’ version. Made from unprocessed veggies, beans, millet & spices.
Everything on the menu is vegan!!!
I REALLY love their sandwich offerings but do enjoy one of their ‘burgers’ as well on occasion! They have some really creative flavor combinations.
