this cake was amazing!! not only did it lack dryness or a condensed texture, but it also tasted great. i appreciated the strong vanilla flavor within the cake itself, and the frosting wasn’t overabundant or overpowering when compared to the cake. it wasn’t too thick or too heavy either; just the right amount! the pumpkin spice filling was heavenly, and i was happy with the strong flavor of cinnamon and spice.

i was really impressed with this slice, and i’d definitely recommend it to any pumpkin spice lovers; however, if you’re not a huge fan of fall flavors, i think the pumpkin spice would be overpowering.
