Wow! This had so many delicious components: jollof rice, smoked West African red rice cooked in a richly flavorful house-made tomato stew, shosho, a hearty, flavorful, comforting, and satisfying black-eyed pea stew, tender, sweet, caramelized plantains, fresh and crisp vegan coleslaw, and meaty umami-rich grilled mushrooms. It was generously sized and intensely satisfying. (Gluten-free)
