After an amazing main dish, I had the bubble waffle for dessert and it was also great. Beautiful presentation, but a bit difficult to eat in the glass cup, or at least I couldn't figure it out properly. I am not such a big fan of ice cream but I loved the one that was a part of this dessert! It was very sweet and matched perfectly with the waffle itself. There were many other interesting elements and it all came together nicely, when I somehow managed to eat it.
