I liked the #quinoa, and I liked the roasted #pumpkin. I also liked the #dragonfruit and the #raisins which so loudly called out to my #sweettooth 😋 But I didn't like some other elements of this #salad; the #celery in particular was an unwelcome flavour, and overall the proportions screamed #toohealthy 😂

What an interesting salad! I’ve never seen dragonfruit in a salad w greens before, but that’s probably just because they’re so expensive in the US. Such an intriguing combo of flavors and textures!
