Buddha Taste is an authentic Vietnamese restaurant serving vegetarian and vegan food. The menu is written in a way where everything is vegan unless stated otherwise. For starters, we got this pulled nil-chicken which includes lemongrass onion, lettuce, coriander, red pepper sprinkles and a homemade sweet & sour sauce. This didn't come out with lettuce but that's not a problem. The nil-chicken itself was quite yummy on its own and the sauce was a mild spice. There were lots of tiny pieces left over once you got through the big pieces - the tiny pieces aren't easy to dip but it was fine. It was priced at £5.50 and I wouldn't mind getting again.
