These sweets are from Sweden and I absolutely wanted to try them when I saw them in this tiny store.
When I visited Sweden, I found many different stores for sweets and candies and I was really happy when I found this sign saying 'vegan' or 'these are all vegan'. So I didn't have any other option than to buy some of them and give it a try.
To be honest, I somewhat was expecting them to taste like fresh lemon or something fruity but they just taste like sugar. They're like the sweets you see at the supermarket and you know that they're way too sugary and taste plain and almost like nothing.
I also got other flavors but I haven't tasted them yet. And somehow I get the feeling that they'll also taste like sugar.
Well, the first ingredient could already give a hint at the taste: socker - so it contains mainly sugar with some more things and a bit of lemon juice.
I don't wanna say that they're bad - they're just not my taste and I really appreciate that some small stores are offering more vegan sweets.
