This worked great in a pinch for our tofu and veggie stir fry! It's very versatile and has a good quantity for 3 large servings. I didn't microwave it but instead added it to my veggies and a tablespoon of water, and it cooked great! Although it is 90 second rice, there isn't any sacrifice with the quality 😁👍🏻
