I love hot chocolate so i was keen to try this especially as it helps to induce sleep. It has a lovely taste and it’s not to sweet. It contains theanine, gaba and magnesium which helps with relaxation. It also have 9 grams of protein per serving! I felt sleepy and completely relaxed within 10 minutes of drinking this. I also tried their turmeric latte flavor which is just as good. I can’t wait to buy a big tub so that i can have some every night.
