This chef's special was AMAZING. Curry glazed #seitan over a bed of smashed #peas with charred #carrots, #heirloomtomatoes, and trumpet #mushrooms topped with #microgreens. So #deliciousandnutritious! The seitan was cooked so well and the #curry was so flavorful. 10/10
