Review of Croquetas Hortelanas at Olé Olé Tapas Bar & Restaurant by whatrebeccaeats

These homemade mixed vegetable croquettes really did surprise me, as it’s not usually something that I like. However, these were gorgeous and reminded me of arancini more than a potato croquette (that’s what I was worried about!) The sauce that accompanied was yummy too. You really are spoilt for choice when putting a vegan tapas selection together at Olé Olé!
