I LOVE chocolate croissants. This is my first one since going vegan, and it was everything I remembered and more. The pastry was so light and flaky but also dense and delicious. There was a perfect ratio of pastry to delicious chocolate. And it was great paired with morning coffee. I would eat these all. day.
