This was an amazing breakfast 😋 The tofu and pesto tasted so good together, and the potatoes were cooked to perfection and seasoned nicely. I'm so glad they have vegan butter to go with the sourdough toast. I had them add some smoked tempeh "bacon" which turned out to have a really good smoky flavor but it was served lukewarm and got cold pretty fast 😕 I definitely would like to come here in the next day or two to try out their vegan dinner options. They have a huge assortment of vegan options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I recommend this place to anyone who lives in, or is visiting reno to check this place out 🍃

Nothing better than a tofu scramble! I’ve never tried pesto and tofu but sounds like a great combination.
