One of the 2 desserts at this rooftop resto-bar is fully plant based. It sounded so good, we had to try! & it didn’t disappoint - mango compote, over a very moist cake based, topped with pistachios and edible flowers… great combination of ingredients. 👍

Only problem was that I could eat 2 of these and 1 piece cost like 8 € 😱
