Hummus is a staple food in probably all vegan households. Thankfully it’s also loved by omnivores as well. It’s too bad not all vegan / plant-based foods aren’t as universally accepted.
I found this hummus in Metro. The design of the label reminds me of another brand with an English name of which I cannot recall. This roasted red pepper hummus was absolutely delicious. The blend of the clean ingredients is superb and well balanced.
Although there are many uses for hummus, I use it almost daily as a dip for vegetables (peppers, mini cucumbers and carrots, mostly).
According to the company’s website and/or the label, this hummus is vegan , kosher, has no preservatives and trans fats,, and is a good source of fibre and omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids.

I would definitely get this or any other flavoured hummus by Fontane Santé. This Roasted Red Pepper hummus is probably one of my favourite flavours.
