The cappuccino wasn't the very best (I have high standards😬) though I must add the taste has massively improved since the previous time I went there, and in the meantime they have also adapted to OATLY milk and added vegan pastry on the menu. So, I feel like the (very friendly!) owner is indeed engaged. The business is very pretty and has a calm atmosphere in this busy street near Gare du Nord. Would certainly recommend if you are in the vicinity!
