Layers of pasta with chickpea, spinach, and tomato sauce, topped with finely minced roasted broccoli with gave some textural contrast. Served with brussel sprouts and ground cashew nuts. Nicely plated and taste was good. Definitely preferred this main compared to the Truffle Risotto! (Allium-free) #sgvegan #wholefoodplantbased #wfpb
