Yay! My favourite vegan cheese I have discovered so far. I grated it up with red onion and took it to work to stuff into the jacket potato from the canteen. And I now love it so much I just slice it onto fresh bread and scoff it. By far the best cheddar alternative I have tried so far. Added calcium a small bonus too :)
