I bough these #eggplant burger patties at Mercadona. This is a great product to have in hand when you're in a rush and need to whip up a quick meal. Just toss one on a hot skillet and let it brown on each side. These come in a pack of two and they're somewhat affordable, could be a little cheaper! They're great as patties on a #hamburger bun or just by themselves with some #rice and #veggies. 😊
