Plant based Tuna in a can. No need to drain it. It is flavored with Unami to give it that fish smell and flavor. It is not strong. I do not use mayo, so the black pepper and oil already added was enough. It is chunky. It doesn’t break down like Tuna when stirred around, but that is not needed.
I prefer chickpea salad over this, but this is good enough when running out of time and need something quick. Worth picking up!
