Super tasty eggplant parmesean, loaded with layers of breaded eggplant, tomato sauce, and cheese. There were at least three types of vegan cheese, and was dense and filling. This is one of my favorite dishes, whenever I see it on the menu I can't resist!
We alerted the owner that we were 7 vegans coming for lunch, and a menu of several options was presented to us - the waiter even said that basically it had been prepared just for us 🫶🫶🫶
The portion was perfect for one hungry person, priced at 9,50€.
