Roasted Pumpkin Seed Breaded Tofu, White Wine Fig Jam, Pickled Red Onions, Mixed Greens, Garlic Basil Mayo, House Maitake + Cashew "Brie"

This is a wonderful sandwich - very filling, very interesting mix of flavours that compliment each other so well. Good helping of fries & salad too!
