I have not figured this place out yet. They advertise their place as #allvegan but in the ingredients of every cake it says honey. (Which I didn’t notice till after)
That’s why I haven’t reviewed the cake I bought of them yet. Is it like @dafnelately her eggwhite story? Or do they simply think honey is vegan? Confused.

Unfortunately it won’t be the first place to call honey vegan 😬 To clarify, the egg white story happened because my vegan friend assumed everything at a restaurant called “Vegan xxx” would be vegan. Living in Malaysia I’ve learned to be far more careful, but even then I’ve been flat out lied to in Singapore about foods containing egg 🫠
They might think honey is vegan. People who eat plant based for health sometimes include honey, probably because it has health benefits. But from an ethical standpoint it’s not vegan, and I’ve read honey is not even environmentally friendly as it is a threat to wild bee populations.
