It’s hard to rank these packaged ramen noodles, because I never eat them without adding to them. To this one, I added mushrooms, baby bok choy 🥬, green onions, and of course topped it off with TJ’s crunchy chili onion. The broth was a bit weak, so I also added a spoonful of miso paste. With all that, it was delicious!
