This hummus bowl was SPECTACULAR! It was filled with rice, couscous, kale, mixed greens, chickpeas, falafel balls, grilled mushrooms, cabbage, tahini, hummus, and more. They had so many different vegan toppings that were delicious. This meal was also huge and I had it for seconds and thirds later in the day.
