This is my go to dish at simply asia. I did the tofu, medium heat with yellow noodles.
I left out the cashew nuts. I like cashews but whole cashews in my noodles is something I don’t really care for. 🍜

I dislike how chunky they cut the peppers, but I like the flavour of the dish all in all.
My hubby doesn’t like Simply asia so I got two dishes and we shared both hoping one may be a hit.

All I want is a chow mein which Simply asia doesn’t have. If anyone has any places that are vegan friendly that does a decent chow mein pleeeeease tell me.

They’re quite expensive as far as Asian take out goes but the little boxes are deceivingly filling.
