These were 3 pan-fried cakes filled with fermented mung bean, house sour kimchi, Napa cabbage, and green onions. Topped with vegan Kewpie mayo and shredded nori. Crispy outside with a tender, juicy center, and with a mix of harmonious savory flavors, these were amazing.
