I bought this bread for the first time in years. No Frills didn’t have my regular bread (No Name or Old Mill), so I decided to get this instead. It’s a little pricey considering its size, but it is good!!
I love the grains in this bread (flaxseed, ground flaxseed, quinoa) and they’re very visible in the slices. Just 2 slices provides 21% of your day’s fibre, 10 grams of protein, and large portions of your day’s requirements of a long list of minerals. The second photo shows the nutritional facts.
These bread slices are quite soft and delicious. To me, bread can either make or break a sandwich. These slides definitely make the sandwich!
Country Harvest has several types of bread, all of which are delicious. Apart from price, I wouldn’t hesitate to buy it again.
