Far from the best, but not the worst.
Like a lot of vegan cheeze, it’s rubbery and doesn’t melt well. Has a weird soft feeling when it does melt. The flavor itself is mid, “cheddar-like” I would say
To me, it’s best cooked into something rather than being the topping or any highlight of a meal. For example- I added a bag of this into a homemade cashew cheeze sauce and it was a great flavor boost, but it didn’t work out well topped onto a casserole.
I bought this on sale at Whole Foods for $3.50.
