I love getting a 2 pack of this whenever it's on sale at Costco! Rich in vitamins and minerals - love adding it to salads or seasoning it simply and eating it as a side. Only thing to be mindful of is that once you open one of the two sealed packages, you need to finish it within 3 days, so plan your meals accordingly!
