I didn’t expect to find any vegan ice cream options in this tiny town, but Elevated has 8 Italian Ice flavors that are clearly labeled vegan! Some of the flavors are seasonal, while others are more consistent. My favorites I’ve tried so far are the coconut and chocolate. This is a great stop if you’re waiting for the Port Townsend-Coupeville ferry - it’s just a 10 min walk from the ferry terminal!
