Yellow Mellow aka their signature yellow curry with tofu puffs, 3 colours of potato, zucchini, carrot and Vietnamese mint.

Shame it didn’t come topped with cashews like it said on the menu, as I love a bit of crunch with my curry. I added chick’n to this and it was quality, really tasty “meat”. The curry was really rich, creamy and flavourful, with a bit of extra kick from the fresh chilli and mint.
